  • For remote or rural areas, delivery may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • We may offer free shipping on select offers or when you meet our minimum order value (if applicable).

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can use the tracking link provided to check the status of your shipment.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD service is available for select pin-codes across India.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the parcel at the time of delivery.

6. Delays in Shipping

  • Though we strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, courier issues, strikes, or other unforeseen reasons.

  • If your order is delayed, we will keep you informed and work to resolve the situation.

7. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping details.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information will incur additional reshipping charges.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We deliver across India only.
