Return & Refund Policy
At Trend Hunt, we value your satisfaction and want you to love your purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Please note: Items that are on sale, customized, or accessories are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team at info.trendhunt@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product.
Once your return is approved, we’ll share the return shipping details.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In case of COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.
4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or color issues (based on stock availability).
If the desired replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
5. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info.trendhunt@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll prioritize sending a replacement or process a full refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Gift cards or promotional items

Intimate wear or personal use products
